The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very tasty and had a good variety. There were mini-bars and snacks everywhere, very comfortable. The hotel has a spacious and well-maintained area. It’s nice to walk around, and there are many places to sit and relax. The pools were also very nice. They gave us room in the old building. The hairdryer kept stopping to work, and the lights were too dim, so it was hard to do makeup in the evening. There was no Smart TV. Toiletries were only provided upon request, which was inconvenient because we had to call every time and wait for it. It would be nice if they cleaned the sea, as there was a lot of trash in the water.
